Who We Are
The Creative Arts and Talent Studio, LLC, is committed to providing a safe and educational environment where dancers are encouraged and equipped to excel in the art of dance. We strive to deliver high quality instruction, nurturing each learner’s talent, creativity, and confidence. We are dedicated to using the resources of the studio to positively impact the community by promoting arts education, healthy living, and dance opportunities for a variety of learners.
When you decide to join us at CATS Richmond, you, too, will be able to take advantage of our professional staff at our fully-equipped, brand new studio. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer looking to improve your technique, we guarantee you’ll find it here.
Classes We Offer
Class options range from ballet to hip hop, with tap, lyrical/contemporary/modern, jazz, and musical theatre classes as well. We offer leveled classes to help each dancer progress in skill level, artistry, and confidence. Check out the "CATS Classes" page to see what specific classes are offered.
Classes Aligned to National Standards
The National Dance Organization identifies eleven standards that developing dancers should master, including artistic expression, elements of dance, refining and evaluating skill, developing a mind-body connection, improvising, and more. Our leveled courses take into consideration these critical elements to help our dancers perform, create, connect, and respond to the art of dance.
Our community Dance Partners are working with our studio to provide opportunities for dancers who are eligible for financial assistance. Our Dance Partners are providing scholarship money for award winners to take two weekly classes and participate in the annual recital. Our community Dance Partners help us make the arts accessible!
