Communication Policies
Open communication is essential to who we are as a studio. While we strive to proactively provide as much information as possible, we do understand that questions, comments, and concerns will arise.

Should you need to contact the studio for any reason, we offer a multitude of ways to connect with us.

Communication Policies
Please see or reach out to the studio front desk regarding registration, tuition payments, or any other questions/concerns you may have. There will be a staff member available during studio operating hours to answer questions that arise. Otherwise, please request an appointment to speek with us regarding administrative concerns. Appointments can be requested via phone call, text message, or e-mail.
If you would like to speak with a staff member if you/your dancer have a problem, we are more than happy to discuss the issue or situation with you. However, due to the limited amount of time between classes and our policy to begin classes on time as scheduled, it is not always possible to meet or speak with an instructor during studio operating hours. Please reach out to us via phone, text message, or e-mail to request an appointment so that we can arrange a time when our staff is able to give you our full, undivided attention.
Major concerns or issues should be brought directly to the attention of the Studio Owner/Director.
Please do not reach out to any studio staff members, including the Studio Owner/Director, Instructors, choreographers, and/or administrative staff, via private channels. We ask that you do not contact any studio staff members regarding studio matters via their personal phone, email, or social media accounts. All communication regarding studio matters should be routed through the studio.
Parent Responsibility
We pride ourselves on proactive communication and keeping our dancers and families as informed as possible. However, communication is a two-way street. It is essential that dancers and families check email, the studio website, studio social media, and the message boards in the studio lobby regularly for new and updated information. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to be aware of any closures, special events, due dates, makeup classes, and/or any other important information.

At the beginning of each dance year, all families will be required to complete a new registration form for each dancer. This helps assure that the studio has the most current and correct contact information for each family. Should any contact information change throughout the year, it is the responsibility of the dancer and/or parent/guardian to inform the studio.

We also recommend that you add the studio e-mail address (catsdancecompany@gmail.com) to your e-mail address book in an effort to attempt our e-mails from being routed to your Junk Mail/Spam folder.
