Overview
These are the policies by which we run our studio. We believe that enforcement of these policies helps to maintain a respectful and productive environment for our dancers, their families, and our studio staff.

At Creative Arts and Talent Studio, we value the discipline of dance as well as the technical art form itself.
To that end, we have developed policies that we feel enhance the experience of our studio community at large - dancers, families, and studio staff. We try to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding, and we feel that it is important to do so within the policies that help to define our studio and our respect for the art of dance.

The CATS Studio Handbook is intended to clearly outline studio expectations and policies around a multitude of topics, ranging from conduct to financial. However, we acknowledge that unanticipated situations may arise. Creative Arts and Talent Studio is committed to handling such situations fairly, thoughtfully, and quickly, and welcomes open communication about any concerns.
